TSS are delighted to announce that Starts With You have awarded us a three-year contract to provide contract management software through our F0CUS work management platform.
Starts With You is a social enterprise subsidiary of Bolton at Home, delivering a range of services on a commercial basis and re-investing profits in the delivery of social impact.
F0CUS, TSS’s work management software platform, is an innovative contract management solution that will enable SWY to support their property services functions, including Property Clean and Clear, Statutory Building Inspections, Caretaking, and Handy Persons services in real-time.
A first of its kind, the cloud-based solution will provide SWY with immediate oversight of the progress of their service functions via a single dashboard, including detailed information on work bank, resources, commercial processes, and financial performance.
The software will be able to provide updates from field operatives in real-time, minimising multiple data sources and enabling SWY to put their trust in one version of the truth, meaning SWY can improve their already excellent service to clients through efficiency, insight, responsiveness, and real time reporting.
Our F0CUS Continuity Team are currently collaborating with the SWY implementation team, getting ready to roll out the new solution that will help to provide more efficient residential property services. The new powerful system will be rolled out and ready to use across the organisation by the end of Summer.
Hayley Hulme, Managing Director of Starts With You, said.
“We’re delighted to appoint TSS as our partner and to introduce F0CUS to improve SWY’s efficiency, business intelligence, and customer experience across our Property Services portfolio. Our businesses share common values and complementary skills which will strengthen both partners, combining commercial expertise with a commitment to responsible business practice and to delivering genuine social impact. We are delighted TSS has recently become an accredited Real Living Wage employer, a supporter of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, and has delivered the first social impact activity, donating used ICT equipment to Bolton-based social enterprise Recycle-IT. We are excited about the opportunity to build a strong, innovative partnership that delivers more over the coming three years.”
