TSS appoints Sinéad Maguire as Managing Director

TSS has appointed Sinéad Maguire as Managing Director from 12 January 2026.

She joins the business from roles in local government and regulated sectors, with experience in commercial management, procurement, contract delivery and organisational change.

In recent roles, she has led major procurement and transformation programmes, working at the intersection of data, performance and technology to improve decision-making and outcomes.

Her appointment supports TSS’s continued investment in its F0CUS and TSS platforms and reflects the company’s focus on building practical, data-led solutions for clients.

Nick Smith will take up the new role of Chief Operating Officer, leading the organisation’s strategic development.

Sinéad will formally join the business in January 2026 and will focus on growth, increasing platform adoption and strengthening client relationships.
