QUALITY AND REPORTING
Analyse and understand your data. Gain meaningful insights to make better decisions.
F0CUS’s reporting function takes data from all the modules in the system and combines this into powerful dashboards and visualisations.
A suite of standard report formats is available from our core reporting module and we can create bespoke custom reports that are tailored to your contract. Either way, you can be sure that the data is accurate and up to date due to the common logic engine that powers both the reports and the transactional data flows.
All the reports in F0CUS can be enabled for both PDF and Excel rendering, with the Excel versions security controlled to prevent unauthorised export of data from the system.
Scheduled and Data-Driven Reporting
Running adhoc reports enables users to obtain information as they require it, however many users simply require snapshots of data on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. Using our scheduled reporting engine users can simply request that they are sent reports automatically. We can even set this so that reports are only delivered if data has changed.
Create powerful dashboards
As a further enhancement to scheduled reporting, we are able to create at-a-glance dashboards using PowerBI that can be accessed directly from the F0CUS system or via a link directly to the report. These reports update periodically and provide a single location for your most important metrics.
Security-Driven Reporting
Some of our reports are security-driven, meaning that only certain users can access them, and even then, only access the suppliers or contracts that they are working on.
Auditing
We can audit all of our reports to review usage, to see which reports are providing the best value and to understand trends in performance. We can also audit security logs to determine which users are running which reports.
Manage Performance
Monitor your performance in real-time with dynamic dashboards. Report on your key performance indicators and service level agreements with confidence. All reports are supported and produced from one consistent data source – providing just one version of the truth.
